Joe Earl Raif of Little Rock, passed away on February 1, 2016.  He was born October 18, 1951 to Marion R. Raif and Annie Parasco Raif in Bergstrom AFB, Texas.

Joe was a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas at the time of passing.

A Memorial Service on February 27, 2016 at New Hope Church of the Nazarene at 10:00 am with Pastor George Yarberry officiating.
