Joe E. Raif passed away on February 1, 2016 from lung cancer. He was born October 18, 1951 to Marion R. Raif and Annie Parasco Raif in Bergstrom AFB, Texas. 

Joe was a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas at the time of passing.
